Possibly the most durable lentils, these are best cooked for 20-25 minutes and hold their shape for days after.
Timeless Food was founded in 1987 in Conrad, MT and strives to provide solely U.S. grown organic lentils, chickpeas, peas and ancient grains. The founders also wanted to introduce crops to the land that would slow soil erosion and build organic matter while encouraging soil moisture and supplying organic nitrogen fertilizer for future crops. These products are grown in the notoriously fertile “Golden Triangle Area” in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. Timeless’s main office is located on the founder’s farm near Conrad, but production and storage can be found in Ulm.
